ACE #234: Relationship Status: Moo!

Ladies, don't fool yourselves into thinking that men have valid reasons for putting off marriage...like getting his credit right, saving up money, or buying a house. Heads up - You can do all of those things TOGETHER. I know because we've done it!

Seriously, if a man wants to marry you, he'll move everything to do it. Proverbs 18:22 says, "He who finds a wife finds what is good and receives favor from the LORD." If he's getting the milk for free...you'll either be the cow or you'll be the good thing! Yep, that's a hard pill to swallow and a hard step to take.  But you HAVE to do it. Know your worth. I learned a long time ago that to get God's favor, we have to make up our minds to follow God's rules. Cohabitation and premarital sex are not part of God's plan for our lives. It only "appears" to make things easier. Marriage is a covenant relationship with God. When you are in a covenant with God, promises follow. Don't you deserve and desire the promises of God?

It's not about putting a ring on it...it's about putting a lifelong covenant in motion.

Matthew 19:6

So they are no longer two but one flesh. What therefore God has joined together, let not man separate.
