Yesterday, I went to the chiropractor because I was in a bit of pain. I have been limping for a few days thinking it was because of my knee. The pain had shifted from my knee to my thigh and the bottom of my foot. When I laid face down in the table, the chiropractor immediately diagnosed the problem. He said my right hip was rotated, or twisted, which has resulted in my right leg being shorter than the left one; thus causing the limp.
This week, I am participating in our church's Vacation Bible School. On Sunday, I will be delivering the morning message. I am fully aware that the enemy is using my physical health to distract me from my kingdom building assignments.
Dear brothers and sisters, always stay alert and ready! Don't get it twisted, Satan will use any tactic to distract you too from doing whatever God has assigned your hands to do! Don't be fooled by the distractions the devil will throw in your pathway. Keep resisting, keep pressing and keep it moving.
1 Peter 5
6 Humble yourselves, therefore, under God’s mighty hand, that he may lift you up in due time. 7 Cast all your anxiety on him because he cares for you.
8 Be alert and of sober mind. Your enemy the devil prowls around like a roaring lion looking for someone to devour.9 Resist him, standing firm in the faith, because you know that the family of believers throughout the world is undergoing the same kind of sufferings.
10 And the God of all grace, who called you to his eternal glory in Christ, after you have suffered a little while, will himself restore you and make you strong, firm and steadfast. 11 To him be the power for ever and ever. Amen.
Stand firm and pray for restoration...
