ACE #22: The Best Free Gift...Ever

Jesus paid it all - He really did - at a price that no one else has ever been willing to pay or could even possibly afford.  He died on a cross painfully, which He didn't deserve. His death cost us nothing. There is nothing that we could ever do to repay him. He only asks that we receive Him in our hearts, believe he died for our sins, be convinced that he arose from the dead, confess it with our mouths, be baptized as He was, and invite others to do the same. All we are asked to do is to surrender our lives to him. Salvation is the best thing we could ever receive as a gift…and it is free!

Grateful, thankful, appreciative – all seem so inadequate to express any level of gratitude for the blood of the sacrificial lamb. In the words of Wess Morgan, “You gave up your glory, so I could have my story”.
